Teaser — Istanbul International Artfair 2025
(Cinematic Documentary Project by Kat Eisenhut)

A visual reflection on presence and art.

This teaser was filmed during the Istanbul International Artfair 2025 as part of a larger cinematic documentary project that explores how art and human presence interact within curated spaces.

Rather than capturing the event as a report, the focus lies on atmosphere, rhythm, and emotional texture — on what happens in between the official moments.

Shot entirely on a minimalist travel setup, the project embraces intuition, observation, and the subtle choreography between artist, space, and viewer.
Moments of stillness within motion.
Observation replaces direction.
A gesture says more than an interview ever could.
Concept & Approach

The goal was to film the fair not as a commercial event, but as a living installation.
Each frame was treated as a standalone composition — a moving painting of light, reflection, and human gesture.

Working without rehearsals, without staging, and within a constantly shifting environment required a flexible mindset and technical precision.
